"Ausschnitte" (cut outs)
Artists of the urban art genre usually have to leave their original work behin. Usually only a photo remains as a memory. Influencing factors such as weather, dilapidation, cleaning and other artists now have a direct influence on how long the work will last.
With the sub-series "Ausschnitte" PYSER tries to capture the temporary aspect of urban art. Therefore the works are created on various surfaces in public space, both in Germany and internationally. By using hypertemporal installations, parts are taken out of the works and thus withdrawn from their temporary existence and the public space.

Process:
A portable medium (e.g. stretcher frame, canvas or cardboard) is attached to a surface. The installed medium is included in the overall work at the surface. After the painting is finished, the "complete" work is captured on a photograph. In the next step, the medium is removed from the surface. A detail is created ("cut out"). The complete work existed only briefly (hypertemporarily). Now the incomplete picture on the wall/surface is left behind and left to itself. Some of the works do not exist any more, since they were painted over or the objects on which they were painted do not exist any more. Other images still exist, but some are hundreds to thousands of kilometers away from the "cut outs" that have been created.
